Knuckling down on the Cards

R.A. Dickey really pulls through again as Mets Beat Cardinals 4-0! Dickey takes a 3 hitter into the 9th. After giving up a hit and getting into a little trouble, Jerry brings in K-Rod who gets his 22nd save.
Ike homers. 3 run shot! It's all we needed. R.A. has been a godsend!

  1. And it even rained a little, so the fans got to salute Dickey's outstanding effort with thousands of those sweet blue & orange umbrellas that were given out.

First damn series win since freaking June. More or less a month to the day.

  5. People are overlooking that Manuel moved Dickey up in the rotation so he could pitch this game.
I think think was a great move.
All we need is Pelf to get back to form!
